Events on Hilton Head With so many fun social and musical events on Hilton Head throughout the year, you may have trouble selecting which is right for you and your family. Fortunately though, if you miss one, chances are, there'll be another opportunity to enjoy the event for example, concerts at The Jazz Corner, a local club voted "favorite night spot," are held several times throughout the month. Other concerts as well can be found on a continuous schedule, some under the stars or at other island establishments. Jordan Ross, a very popular performer on Hilton Head, for instance can be seen several times a month at the Harbourside, Burgers and Brew as Mike Cavanaugh can be seen at the Quarterdeck.
Although there are some one-time events you'll want to plan for, so you won't miss out, like the Picnic & Pops Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra event or various performances such as The Who's, Tommy at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina.
Some events are seasonal and run throughout the summer such as the Harbourfest April - August while others are scheduled for a few days or a weekend such as the Island Arts Festival featuring a juried art show and sale.
Social events such as Vandermeer Tennis Social and the complimentary Wednesday Wine Tasting at the Village at Wexford can be enjoyed with prior reservations.
Of course there are ample events for family and children such as the Art Start or Imagination Hour or a History Walking Tour so that every member of the family at any time of the year can come and enjoy all the happenings and fun goings on at Hilton Head Island. |
